REFUNDS POLICY
We have extended our returns policy.
From the 1st Of January 2021, you can now return your unused items back to us within 14 days for a refund or an exchange. This applies to eligible items only. Underwear, jewellery, face mask, and other items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. See our terms and condition for more details.
REFUNDS POLICY
For full priced items, payments will be credited back to the original purchaser's credit or debit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
We’re happy to process store credit refunds and these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This will be made available immediately after 2-3 days of processing and is valid all year.
Please note our usual SALE items are refunded via store credits only.
We do not accept return or exchange for our 3 for £120 , £40 and below clearance sale. All clearance sale purchases are final.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once an order is made, it cannot be cancelled. As processing begins immediately after an order is placed. You can return the item if it is eligible for return based on our return/exchange policy and it will be refunded back to you.
If in the event that the order is canceled based on some reason on some rare circumstances, the customer will be charged a restocking fees of 2% of the order amount.
