IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Especially since we ship free of charge to UK addresses. 

UK & EUROPE:

If your address is incorrect or not located by our shipping company during the first attempt of delivery, we will try again to redirect or re-ship any returned package due to incorrect shipping address for local (UK Europe). Please note that after the second shipping attempt and still unsuccessful delivery due to your address not being found or incorrect, we will not be paying for any extra shipping and will not be refunding your order. You have to contact us and find ways to re-arrange your delivery by either sending us a shipping label or paying the shipping cost for any other shipping attempt. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid any issues. 

USA & REST OF THE WORLD:

If your address is incorrect or not located by our shipping company during the first attempt of delivery due to wrong delivery address , you will be charged 50% of your original shipping charges to re-ship your parcel. Please note that after the second shipping attempt and still unsuccessful delivery due to your address not being found or incorrect, we will not be paying for any extra shipping and will not be refunding your order. You have to contact us and find ways to re-arrange your delivery by either sending us a shipping pre-paid  label or paying the shipping cost for any other shipping attempt. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid any issues. 

Before we can ship your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer and we endeavor to keep delays to a minimum.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse depending on the shipping method you chose at checkout. Please note that  this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.

In some cases, some items and  sizes can only be dispatched within 7-9 working days from the time of order, sometimes more.  Items and sizes within this delivery time frame are usually labelled as such on our website. If delivery will take longer, it will also be labelled on the product or the particular sizes affected by this. We will always communicate with you via email as well if there are  any unexpected delivery delays. 

For PayPal payments, your shipping address must match your PayPal address in order to avoid any delays. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimise the potential impact of Customs delays on our international customers. To minimise delays, we suggest you order items to your work address or an address where someone will be in to sign for receipt.

UK DELIVERY INFORMATION

CHARGES

Delivery within the UK is free for all orders over £65. For UK orders below £65, you will be charged £3.99. We use UPS, Royal Mail, or Parcelforce as our UK delivery shipping partners. Delivery will take approximately 3-4 working days for standard free shipping. You also have a choice to pay for a Next Day delivery if you require your item sooner at a fee of £8.90 for products that are available for this method of delivery.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

In the case that an item is available for UK Next Day Delivery, it will be stated on the product. Orders need to be placed by 1pm GMT to qualify for next day delivery. We deliver the next working day, anytime up until 5:30pm. Orders placed on a Friday after 3pm GMT, or over the weekend, will be delivered on the following Tuesday if the item is in stock. We do not deliver on public or bank holidays. Next day delivery orders placed over a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day following the bank holiday, to be received by the customer the following day. SATURDAY DELIVERY

Saturday delivery is for delivery on the first Saturday after the order is placed. If the order is placed during the week, it will be held and then dispatched in time to be delivered on the nominated Saturday. The reason for this service is to make it more convenient to shop during the week without concern that you will be at work when it is delivered. Saturday delivery incurs a £9.50 delivery charge. Order before  12pm on Friday choose Saturday delivery at checkout subject to availability.  

 

RECEIPT OF GOODS

We recommend using  your work address, or an address where someone will be at to sign for your package. Please do not refuse any delivery as these will incur a £20 fee. Any refund made will be minus £20 in the case of refused deliveries. Please contact us if you have any delivery queries.

USA DELIVERY INFO

All orders to the USA takes approximately 5-7 working days and a fast International  postage charge of £14.99 for the first two items, with an additional £4.99 for extra items due to extra weight. You also have the choice of using an Economy International postage for £9.99. Any International order over £250 is shipped for free. We use Delivery by UPS, DHL, Fedex and Royal Mail International for USA deliveries. There is no next day delivery option on USA orders. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday, 8am to 7pm.
Please order by Monday to ensure delivery by Friday or Saturday depending on Customs’ policies in your state. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched. We use a signed-for delivery service so someone will need to be in to accept your delivery. If there is no-one in to sign for the delivery, a card will be left where you can arrange re-delivery or collect from the depot. To minimise delays, we recommend using your work address as your delivery address.
You will need to cover the ingoing Customs’ cost or taxes, should any be incurred in shipping to your destination. Please do not refuse any delivery as this will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return costs in the case of refused deliveries. If you have any questions or queries regarding your delivery, please contact us.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

To view delivery times and charges for shipping to your country, please look in the drop down box on the checkout page. Standard delivery outside of the UK costs £14.99 for two items and £9.99 respectively. Any International order over £250 is shipped for free. We use UPS or Royal Mail International delivery.

There is no Next Day Delivery option for International Deliveries. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday, 8am to 7pm, there is no Saturday service available. We use a signed-for delivery service, so someone will need to be at the address to accept your delivery. If there is no-one in to sign for the delivery, a card will be left where you can arrange re-delivery or to collect from the depot. To minimise delays, we recommend using your work address, or an address where someone will be at to sign for your package.

Whilst we endeavour to deliver within the stated time, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Customs clearance at the destination country. In some cases there might be some unforeseen issues regarding delivery to your destination, in this instance we shall not be held liable. You will need to cover the ingoing customs cost or taxes, should any be incurred in shipping to your destination. If in doubt,  please contact your local custom/duty office to find out the custom taxes that is  applicable to you.

INSURANCE

Ivy Ekong Fashion insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it reaches you. For this reason, we require a signature for all goods delivered. Once delivered successfully to you, you are responsible for the items. If your order is a gift, the person who signs for the gift order is accountable for your order, not us. DELAY IN DELIVERY 

Sometimes there may be delays in delivering your orders once you have received a shipping notification. These delays may be based on bad weather, festive  busy periods, and some circumstances beyond the deliveries companies  control. In such cases, please be patient. We do endeavour to ship your orders out very quickly, but unfortunately we cannot control delays with the shipping companies or customs if any,  due to natural disasters and other natural causes. 

Give an extra 10-15  working days for your orders to be delivered locally and an extra 15-20 working days for your order to be delivered internationally. If after these periods you still haven't received your order, please contact us immediately.
