FAQ

If for any reason you would like to return your purchase to us, please note that,  Ivy Ekong Fashion does not issue a prepaid return labels, you will have to pay for the cost of returning your items back to us. Because we ship most items to the UK for free.

Garments must be returned in the same condition it was delivered before a refund or exchange will be considered. We are happy to accept for return, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is dispatched to us within 7 days of receipt by the buyer.

Please follow the return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your parcel and mail it back to us within 7 days of receipt. If you have any questions regarding your return, please contact us at returns@ivyekongfashion.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Remember to indicate if you would like a refund or exchange. If you would like an exchange, please remember to identify what item you would like in exchange. If you do not indicate that you want an exchange, we will go ahead and issue a refund. If you return any item bought as a sale item, you will not get a refund back to your method of payment. Please note that sale items can only be returned for refund by credit note which can only be used in our online store and its valid for 1 year.

Christmas & New Year return dates are usually extended to 14 days instead of 7 days. This exclusion finishes on the 2nd January 2019, which from then on returns to the standard return policy.

Delivery to other countries cost £14.99 for International fast delivery  for 2 items and £9.99 for Economy charge for standard delivery.  Any additional items will incur an extra delivery fees of £4.99. All International orders over £250 is shipped free of charge. We use UPS or Royal Mail international delivery. There is no next day delivery option. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday 8am to 7pm, there is no Saturday service available. We use a signed-for delivery service. Someone will need to be in to accept your delivery. If there is no-one in to sign for the delivery, a card will be left where you can arrange re-delivery or to collect from the depot. To minimize delays, we recommend using your work address or an address where someone will be at home to sign for your package as your delivery address. Whilst we endeavour to deliver within the stated time, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country. There might in some cases be some unforeseen cases regarding delivery to your destination, in this instance we shall not be held liable. You will need to cover the ingoing customs cost or taxes should any be incurred in shipping to your destination. Please do not refuse any delivery. Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return costs in the case of refused deliveries. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Before we can ship your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer and we endeavour to keep delays to a minimum.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched. For PayPal payments, your shipping address must match your PayPal address in order to avoid any delays. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimise the potential impact of Customs delays on our international customers. To minimise delays, we suggest you order items to your work address or an address where someone will be in to sign for receipt.

UK DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery within the UK is free for all orders over £45. For UK orders below £45, you will be charged £4.99. We use UPS, Daily Mail, or Parcelforce as our UK delivery shipping partners and delivery will take approximately 2-3 working days. You also have a choice to pay for a next day delivery if you require your item sooner at a fee of £4.99.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

In the case that an item is available for UK Next Day Delivery, it will be stated on the product. Orders need to be placed by 1pm GMT to qualify for next day delivery. We deliver the next working day, anytime up until 5:30pm. Orders placed on a Friday after 3pm GMT, or over the weekend, will be delivered on the following Tuesday if the item is in stock. We do not deliver on public or bank holidays. Next day delivery orders placed over a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day following the bank holiday, to be received by the customer the following day. SATURDAY DELIVERY

Saturday delivery is for delivery on the first Saturday after the order is placed. If the order is placed during the week, it will be held and then dispatched in time to be delivered on the nominated Saturday. The reason for this service is to make it more convenient to shop during the week without concern that you will be at work when it is delivered. The same charges apply; free delivery for Saturday delivery on orders over £45, and a £4.99 charge for orders below £45.

RECEIPT OF GOODS

We recommend using  your work address, or an address where someone will be at to sign for your package. Please do not refuse any delivery as these will incur a £20 fee. Any refund made will be minus £20 in the case of refused deliveries. Please contact us if you have any delivery queries.

USA DELIVERY INFO

All orders to the USA take approximately 5-7 working days and a fast International  postage charge of £14.99 for the first two items, with an additional £4.99 for extra items due to extra weight. You also have the choice of using an Economy International postage for £9.99. Any International orders over £250 is shipped for free. We use FedEx and Royal Mail International for USA deliveries. There is no next day delivery option on USA orders. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday, 8am to 7pm.
Please order by Monday to ensure delivery by Friday or Saturday depending on Customs’ policies in your state. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched. We use a signed-for delivery service so someone will need to be in to accept your delivery. To view delivery times and charges for shipping to your country, please look in the drop down box on the checkout page. Standard delivery outside of the UK costs £14.99 for two items and £9.99 respectively. Any International order over £250 is shipped for free. We use UPS or Royal Mail International delivery. INSURANCE

Ivy Ekong Fashion insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it reaches you. For this reason, we require a signature for all goods delivered. Once delivered successfully to you, you are responsible for the items. If your order is a gift, the person who signs for the gift order is accountable for your order, not us. IMPORTANT NOTICE:

• We do not cover shipping costs back to us.
• Sale items can only be returned for refund by credit note, which can only be used in our online store.

We do not accept return or exchange for our 3 for £120 or  £40 clearance  sale. All clearance sale purchases are final.

• Your items should be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt by you. Late returns cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.
• UK orders over £45 are shipped for free if you choose free shipping at checkout.
• For international customers, orders should be returned within 14 days of receipt. Notify us before sending the item back to us.

(Note: If the return request form is not filled out correctly, your return may experience delays in processing.
